Mr. Mantell is a lifelong resident of the Town of Niagara and a 1985 graduate of Niagara Wheatfield. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Concordia College & University. He is a former volunteer firefighter and life member at Niagara Active Hose Fire Company and is working in the industrial and computer cooling field.
